Hi, my slide out measures 12foot 3inch from edge to edge on the outside trim. What size slide topper should I order? Thanks

For a slide out that measures 147" from outside flange to outside flange you'll want to use the Solera RV Slide-Out Awning - 12'7" Wide - 48" Projection - Black # LCV000165061 you were looking at or the white version with part # LCV000163299. This particular slide-out awning is designed for slide-outs between 146"-151", so yours is perfectly sized for this.
