Troubleshooting Trailer Wiring of 2014 Ford F-250 Not Fully Functioning

Question:

I bought and replaced relays in 35 and 36 under hood I think, no change. Marker lights work but no stop tail turn. Where else do I need to look? can these be installed 180 degrees out?

The relays shouldn't be able to be installed 180 degrees out so I would not anticipate that being the issue. Did you also check the fuses related to those circuits as well? If that checks out too I'd anticipate it's the 7-way connector at fault which you should be able to fix by cleaning the pins of the 7-way with sandpaper or you could just replace it with part # PK11893.
