Trailer Hitch or Bike Rack Recommendations for a 2013 Jeep Wrangler

I have a Thule 987 xt Ski / Snowboard rack as well as a Bike hitch mount and just bought a new Jeep with no hitch Can i mount the Ski and Bike rack to the Spare tire and if so what parts do I need

You will not be able to make the bike rack fit the spare tire on your 2013 Jeep Wrangler if it is a hitch mount bike rack. I recommend using a trailer hitch and using your existing set up. Trailer hitch # DT78MR has an extended receiver that will allow for better clearance between the bike rack and spare tire. I have included a link to the installation instructions and a video showing a typical installation.
The other option would be to use the Thule Spare Me, # TH963PRO, instead of the bike rack you have, and use the ski rack with it. But adding a trailer hitch will actually cost less and a hitch is more versatile. You could carry a cargo carrier with the hitch or tow a trailer if you ever needed to.
