I confirmed with my contact at TruXedo that the TruXedo Sentry Hard Tonneau Cover - Roll Up - Aluminum and Vinyl - Matte Black # TX36FR will fit on your 5-3/4 foot bed with a tailgate pro. The handles might rub against the cover, but it will not impede the functionality.
