Recommended Weight Distribution Shank for Truck and Trailer 9" Apart  

Question:

From top inside receiver measured 24 inches to the ground on my truck.Camper coupler is 15 inches to level ground. What length shank do I need for my weight distribution hitch. Swapped trucks and new truck is a lot taller that old one was

It sounds like you need a 9" drop for your weight distribution shank. I have attached a list of all options below. You will need to know what size hitch you have as well as whether or not your system uses round or trunnion springs bars in order to find the correct one. The Reese Weight Dist Shank part # RP3344 offers the most drop for a 2" hitch.
