Recommended Wireless Brake Controller for 2020 Mercedes-Benz GLE

Question:

I see some one gave great reviews for this item to work w 2020 Merced’s Benz gle . But you say it is not a fit.. I need something similar that does not require technical wire information installation. We have had 2 wireless curts but have lost both as our 7 pin prong is set up in an angle trim the frame of the car so the curt brake controller hangs at a 45 degree angle and comes dislodge..so we want a plug that connects directly to the prong and does not have the add on ..any other recomeendatiins? Thanks

The Tekonsha Prodigy RF you'd looked at, part # TK94FR would work well for you. The controller would mount directly to your trailer tongue, the trailer's 7-way would plug into the unit, and the unit itself would plug directly into the 7-way on your vehicle. The controller uses a remote that plugs into the 12-volt outlet on your dash.

As long as the 7-way on the vehicle has a functional 12v feed, the controller would work great for you.
