I recommend the Kenda Karrier S-Trail ST145/R12 Radial Tire w/ 12" White Spoke Wheel # AM35351DX as this will be the closest size available for your 2005 Forest River Freedom 1640LTD. It will have the same width as your current tires and is only 1.1" taller. You will want to ensure you have the clearance necessary for the larger tires throughout the suspension travel. I recommend at least 1" clearance on the sidewalls and 3" vertical travel for the tire. The wheel with this tire has a 4 on 4" lug pattern.
If your trailer has the 5 on 4-1/2" lug pattern you will want the Kenda Karrier S-Trail ST145/R12 Radial Tire w/ 12" White Spoke Wheel # AM31199DX.
Both kits utilize a radial tire that will give you an increased tire life that is great for highway use.
