Yep it sure is! Your Curt Q25 5th wheel hitch head is indeed compatible with the roller assembly that fits the Ford Super Duty Prep Package:

The only thing to keep in mind is that the slider assembly has a 24,000 lb capacity, so you will need to abide by that instead of the 25,000 lb capacity of the Q25 hitch head. I have added a link below to a video review of the slider for you to check out as well if you'd like to take a look
