Can Ark Extreme Off-Road Ratcheting Trailer Jack ARK54FR Be Mounted To Angled A-Frame On Trailer?

Question:

Does this wheel only go forward and backward in line to whatever surface it’s attached to? I was planning to attach it to an angled part of the frame but it looks like I would not be able to make the device ratchet parallel with the trailer if it’s on an angled frame member. Is this correct? For example on the boat trailer in the video, if it didn’t have that middle frame member to attach to, would be unable to use this device on one of the sides?

Since the wheel on the Extreme Off-Road Ratcheting Trailer Jack w/ Dual Wheels - Sidewind - 15-1/2" Lift - 1,100 lbs # ARK54FR you were looking at turns, it can be ratcheted at any angle it is pointed.

You can absolutely mount it to the side of the a-frame that is angled if you do not have the straight center support, and it will still work just fine.

I included a video of the # ARK54FR for you to take a look at.
