Adapter Bar for Step-Through Frame Bike on Swagman S94FR E-Spec Bike Carrier

Question:

Good Afternoon. Love your Swagman S94FR bike rack and will work great for our needs. My question is my wife has a Townie Go 7D Step - Through Electric Bike. You can Google Search a picture if you need to see it. I dont think this rack will accommodate her bike. You have a Horizontal Replacement part not certain what that does, or do I need to purchase a part for the bike that extends from the seat to the handlebars? Please let me know as soon as you can so I can get this ordered. Thanks,

As it sits, your wife's Townie Go! 7D bike wouldn't work well with the Swagman # S94FR E-Spec bike rack, but with the addition of a frame adapter bar like # SA3040, which would span the distance between the seat post and the handlebar stem, the bike would fit to the rack perfectly.
