To mount the Jif Marine Telescoping Boat Stern Ladder - 4 Steps - 58" Tall - 400 lbs - Stainless Steel # JIF95FR you will need stainless steel bolts, lock washers, and nuts, but the size and length you need is going to be dependent on exactly what you are bolting the ladder to.
Just make sure to get a quality bolt, lock washer, and nut and you will not have any issues.
