Is The Extang Encore Folding Hard Tonneau Cover Compatible With Ladder Racks On 2003 Ford F250?

I have a 2003 Ford F250 Short-bed that has an Extang Encore Tonno cover installed on it. Will the rail on this system give me enough room to flip the Extang system? Is this compatible?

The Extang EnCore Hard Folding Cover that you have on your truck as not been confirmed to work with any ladder racks due to the fact that it sits above the bed rails, despite actually being mounted inside the bed rails. I can set you up with a combination of a tonneau cover and ladder rack that will work for your 2003 F250 6-3/4' bed if you wish to go that route.
