What is your current tire size?
The only tire size I saw mentioned online for a Flagstaff 176LTD is ST145-12 (also commonly referred to as 145/80-12). We do offer that size in a radial as part # AM10130 which is a load range D with a 1220 lb per tire/2440 lb per axle capacity that carries an 81 mph M speed rating, so they'll be perfect for highway use.
The combined 2440 lb capacity is a couple of hundred pounds above the 2200 lb GVWR of your pop-up, so this tire would be an excellent choice, and would be compatible with a 12 x 4 rim, so if that's what you have, there would be no need to swap to a larger wheel size.
If you would prefer to go up to a 13 inch tire like the 175/80-13 # TTWTRTM1758013C, the tire is about 2.7 inches in larger in diameter than the 145/80-12, which would move the top of the tire about 1-3/8 inch closer to the underside of the wheel well. Since you want to see about 3-4 inches of clearance between the top of the tire and the underside of the wheel well, you can subtract about 1.375 inches from your current clearance to see if the larger size will work for you. We offer the 175/80-13 tire as a wheel/tire combo as part # TA43RR. The wheel has a 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern, which is what current Forest River Flagstaff campers use.
