Bending the etrailer eDream Supreme RV Mattress for Underbred Storage Compartment
Question:
Since most Rvs have storage under the bed, does it hurt the mattress to be bent over when in storage?

Helpful Expert Reply:
That is highly dependent on the specific mattress and degree to which you are folding the mattress back on itself. I doubt that a few to several degrees of bend will harm most any mattress especially a memory foam type such as the etrailer eDream Supreme RV Mattress - Hybrid, # e97FR. This mattress ships rolled and compressed then once opened from its packaging will regain its original shape and size within 24 hours. So while I would not want to fold back on itself to a 90 degree or greater angle and leave for an extended period of time, I would not expect a limited degree to cause any issue at all.. I myself have propped up the under bed storage of my travel trailer causing a several degree bend in the mattress, a traditional type not memory foam, during storage for a number of years without any detriment to the shape or comfort of the mattress.
