I have another option for you, but the Curt Custom Underbed OEM-Style Gooseneck Trailer Hitch - 35,000 lbs # C60633 you were looking at is only a confirmed fit for the 2019 - 2020 Ram 2500/3500 trucks.
For your 2018 Ram 2500 you will need the Curt Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch for Ram 2500 - 30,000 lbs # C60614 instead.
