Is the Invis-A-Rack Compatible with a 2019 Ram 1500 Short Bed

Question:

Is there any other option for a similar Invis-A-Rack type ladder rack? The whole point was the design. Also, is there a way to make it work? Thanks

I have a possible solution for you.

First, though, the Invis-A-Rack is not compatible with your 2019 Ram 1500.

Instead, I recommend using the Thule TracRac TracONE Truck Bed Ladder Rack, part # TH27000XTB. It has a 800-lb capacity and fits the 5-1/2' bed. They're aero-style bars with T-tracks, making them compatible with most accessories.

I've linked to a video review of this ladder rack on a Ram 1500 below.

I may have a solution to that problem. First, though, there is no way to get the Invis-A-Rack to work with the Ram, and the other ladder racks available do not have a similar design. However, depending on the reason you like the Invis-A-Rack, one of the two options below might work. If you like the rack because the legs and bars can be put away when you know you won't need them, then the Yakima OverHaul HD, part # Y01151-58 might be a good option. With its QuickChange system, the legs and bars can be easily removed whenever you need. If you like the Invis-A-Rack because you want the option of having a ladder rack whenever but also don't want to always have the bars sitting over your entire bed, then the Thule TracRac SR Sliding Truck Bed Ladder Rack, part # TH57RV might be a good option. These legs and bars can be removed as well, but if you'd rather always have the option, they can also slide up to the front of the bed. That would clear most of the bed whenever you need while still giving you the option to use the ladder rack whenever. I've linked to video reviews of both for you to look at.
