Matching the Height of a Roof Rack and Ladder Rack on a 2012 Toyota Tacoma

Question:

I am trying to match height to a naked roof evo roof rack for tethering a 12foot aquapod down to the roof AND the ladder rack on a 2012 tacoma. I see some foam blocks but doesnt see anything really tall. Can you think of any products that I might be able to leverage? I cant get my photos to upload. I cam reply to an email with pictures. Of course, there are two different kinds of adjustable ladder rack depending on whether you have the Deck Rail System or not.
