How to Outfit the Yakima OffGrid Roof Cargo Basket on a 2019 Toyota 4Runner

Will this fit 2019 4runner trd off road premium and can the existing holes be used or will I need to anything else to install?

The Yakima OffGrid Roof Cargo Basket, part # Y07138, is designed to fit on crossbars. So, your 2019 Toyota 4Runner will need a roof rack in order to mount the basket.
If you have raised rails, then I recommend the Yakima JetStream Crossbars, part # Y00425. They are aero-style bars that attach to the rails using the TimberLine Towers, part # Y33TR. I've linked to a video installation of this setup below.
If you do not have flush rails, then the only thing you can use is the Rhino-Rack Pioneer Platform Rack, part # RR43AB. It's a platform rack, so you won't be able to use the Yakima basket, but it has the advantage of already giving a platform for storage.
