I’m just curious if this will work on a 2013 F350?

As long as your 2013 Ford F-350 has the factory 7-way connector the Tow Ready Replacement 7-Way Harness and Socket for Factory Tow Package # 20147 you were looking at will be a fit and replace that section of wiring if it is damaged. I recommend using circuit tester # PTW2993 to confirm the functions of your factory wiring to make sure you make the correct connections, as the wiring colors are not always the same from manufacturer to manufacturer.
If the 7-way connector is also damaged you can use # HM40940
I included videos of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
