Can I use Thule crossbars to carry 80 pounds of kayaks. I have a 2021 Jeep Cherokee Limited with a panoramic sunroof. Dont want to break the sunroof.

You can absolutely use a Thule roof rack on your 2021 Jeep Cherokee with raised side rails and a sunroof to carry your kayaks. Since your Jeep has raised side rails, the roof rack will simply attach to those and be above the sunroof, and then for a kayak carrier what you will want is one that installs in the channels of the Thule crossbars.

So here is exactly what you will need for your '21 Cherokee:
