Is Replacement LED 8880212 for Yakima Rack and Roll Waterproof

Question:

are these led water tight ? I am a boater and own boat trailers , quite familiar , * purchased brakes from u my kids surpised me with a 15 ft kayak , part of the package was this rack and roll utility trailer , rack and roll is not designed as a boat trailer , A roof rack on wheels wheels are high I surmerged into water , Kayak is heavy , floated on Salt water is tuff on trailers I was viewing a Kayak show on U TUBE , Rack and roll had a booth salesman was saying can be submerged ? Can U verify ? Today I attempted too use and no lights , Grounding had too run a seprate wire lights all work except passanger side rear LED light was NG, Dont know if submerging one time illed led ? or just burnt out ? is the led light water tight worth the $ bucks ,designed too be submerged ? or should I just fabricate Auto zone has 4 inch circle that fits , standard bulb , that i can make water tight somewhat

The Replacement 4" LED Tail Light for Yakima Rack and Roll Trailer # 8880212 is sealed which means it would be submersible. The fact you had to run an additional ground wire wouldn't be due to water damage.
