What Are the Specifications of the Thule Passage 3 Bike Carrier?
Question:
I see in the add that the arms are 14inch apart, but how long are the arms? Also, are the straps on the arms that strap the bike frames to the arms adjustable, or more specifically, slid up or down the arm?

For the measurement of the arms of the Thule Passage 3 Bike Carrier # TH911XT, I pulled the item from the warehouse and the length varies depending on the vehicle. The length is between 29-1/2 inches and 33-1/2 inches from the base that connects to the vehicle to the end of the arms on the rack.
I confirmed with Thule that on the Thule Passage 3 Bike Carrier # TH911XT, the fastening cradles will clamp onto the bars up and down the rack wherever you wish to place them. Although, the adjustments on the clams are pretty tight. Thule recommends applying warm, soapy water to make them slide easier when you wish to adjust them.
