My sound was not working so I reset it as in the previous response and now it won’t turn on at all. What can I do!

First I have attached a photo with the location of the Jensen # JWM60A front panel reset switch. Double check that is where you tried. If that does not work I would remove the radio bezel and mounting connectors and pull the radio out entirely. From the back, remove the 20-pin wiring harness, which includes the red power wire. Test the red wire to ensure you have 12 volts of DC power. If you don't – that's the problem, trace the wire to the power source ensuring that you don't have any blown fuses.
If you do find power at the connector, then leave the connector off. In fact, leave unplugged 60 minutes to ensure that power is entirely drained from the radio circuits. After 60 minutes, reattach the wiring harness and test radio. It should be reset, but if it is not working you could try the reset button again just for fun. If you complete these procedures and the radio is still not working then you will need a replacement.
The Jensen JWM60A has been a popular stereo and is currently available.
