Upgrading from 4.80-12 Trailer Tires
Question:
Hi there, in the next month or so I’m going to be driving down to Arizona from WA to pick up a quad and RZR, the RZR will be loaded on a 5x8 mesh trailer that was most likely from Lowe’s. It’s a work sport trailer. The tires on it are 4-80-12 , I was wondering if I’d be able to upgrade the tires to handle better since it will be a long travel with that trailer?

In order to upgrade from 4.80-12 tires you'll need to determine how much available space you have. The 5.30-12 would be a larger option which is just slightly bigger so there should not be any clearance issues. I recommend the Kenda 5.30-12 Bias Trailer Tire with 12" White Wheel part # AM30859.
