Furrion Fridge Not Receiving Power From Outlets When Towing
Question:
Hi, my refrigerator is not powered when I am towing my 2020 Heartland 5th wheel. The outlet at which the refrigerator is connected to was tested and works but there is no power running to it. While connected to shore power I have to plug my refrigerator into the outlet behind my couch. I was told by a RV dealer that the transfer switch has failed. Could this be the case?

After speaking with Furrion they believe that since the outlet is working but not powering the fridge that the transfer switch has to be the cause of your issues. We have a replacement for you which I've listed below:
