For installing the Thule Xsporter Pro Adjustable Height Truck Bed Ladder Rack # TH500XT you will not need any additional brackets. The brackets that come in the kit are confirmed to work with your 2012 Ford F-250/350 truck bed. I have linked below a video with the installation process on a 2012 Ford F-250.
