Can you run a gooseneck hitch with a 1 inch body lift

It's not really a great idea or easy job since the bed is going to be 1 inch taller than the hitch plate. If you can remove the body lift and maybe go with a suspension lift (or ideally no lift) you'll have the best setup.
In general it's difficult to tow gooseneck or fifth wheel hitch on a lifted truck so if at all possible you're best off.
