What are the Mounting Specifications for Crossbar Spacings of a Thule Hull-a-Port Kayak Carrier?

Ive got a Thule Hull-a-Port Kayak Carrier 834 that I want to attach to my 2011 Lexus GX 460 factory cross rails. How many inches apart should I have the cross rails and how many inches from the front and rear of the rack should I have them?
