Where does the extend and retract wires go on this switch?

When installing the Labeled Single Slide-Out Momentary Switch - On/Off/On - White # 37212075 you will want to follow the attached wiring diagram. This is a 5 wire switch, where each motor function will have a positive and negative wire, and the general power to the switch will have it's own pin.

The retract function would be on the left side pins and the extend function would be the right side pins.
