Correct Lock for 24x60 etrailer Cargo Carrier for 2 Hitches

Question:

I installed the e98874 cargo carrier on my 2021 Ford Bronco Sport. There is some movement where the shank is attached to the cargo carrier see photo attached. I think I can eliminate the movement if I tighten the bolt even more, though then folding up the carrier is impossible unless I loosen that bolt a bit? Does this sound accurate, i.e. some movement should be expected? Also, which trailer hitch lock would you recommend for this setup? Thanks in advance!

The correct lock for the 24x60 etrailer Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches part # e98874 is the Threaded Anti-Rattle Hitch Pin Lock part # e99047. The movement between the shank and basket is normal, I recommend tightening the bolt as tight as you can while still being able to fold the carrier.
