Can Better Brake Controller Bypass Integrated Brake Controller of 2008 GMC Sierra 3500
Question:
Do I need any kind of wiring adapter for this to work. I have the built in brake controller in my truck but they are a known issue. I am tired and do not want to continue spending money fixing the service trailer brake system any longer. I have an 08 GMC Sierra 3500hd dually.

To install the Prodigy P3 part # 90195 in your 2008 GMC Sierra does not require any special wiring harnesses but there are a couple extra steps you would need to take. If you check out the help article I attached you'll see the entire process walked through.
