Can Roof Cargo Boxes Or Baskets Be Used On Unbranded Crossbars?

It is possible that you can still use unbranded crossbars with roof top accessories like a cargo box or basket, but you will want to measure the height and width of your crossbars to confirm this.

For example the Rhino-Rack Roof Mounted Steel Cargo Basket - 57" Long x 42" Wide - 165 lbs # RMCB02 fits crossbars that are up to 3-1/2" wide x 1-1/4" tall. As long as your crossbars are not larger than this you would have no issues using this rack.
