Blaylock EZ Trailer Wheel Lock v. ETrailer Trailer Wheel Lock

Question:

Hi! I would like to purchase a wheel lock thats weather resistant and easy to install. I have a small trailer with 235/80R16 tires picture attached. Both the Blaylock and etrailer products seems like good choices. Would these fit my tire and rims? Differences between the locks? Thanks!

The Blaylock EZ Trailer Wheel Lock - Aluminum - 15" to 20" Wheels Item # BLEZ-302 has three size settings for tires and connects to through the rim. It is aluminum so it won't rust and has a pick proof lock.

The etrailer Trailer Wheel Lock Item # 288-02020 has 9 different size settings, is painted bright yellow and had a rubber coating to prevent scratching your rims and to create more friction to hold your tire in place. It has rubber coating and cap over the cylinder lock to prevent any debris or water to get into the lock.

Both will fit your tire but I recommend the etrailer wheel lock # 288-02020 as it has more size settings, is easier to adjust, offers a better lock, and is better looking aesthetically.

I've attached install videos of both locks for you that offer some additional information.
