The CE Smith V-Wing Bolster Bracket for Pontoon Boat Trailers - Galvanized Steel - Qty 1 # CE26244G you were looking at is not listed for any specfic sizes of pontoons, and would work just fine with your 12" pontoons.
The # CE26244G is designed for two 2"x6" or two 2"x8" bunk boards but does not included the mounting hardware so you will need to source it locally. I recommend using stainless steel hardware to keep it from rusting due to being in water.
