Installing Derale Series 8000 Transmission Cooler On 2009 Nissan Altima

I have an 09 nissan altima. Theres a hose on top of the transmission. What is it for

A transmission cooler such as the Derale Series 8000 Plate-Fin Transmission Cooler Kit w/Barb Inlets - Class IV - Efficient # D13504 that you mentioned is mounted in front of the radiator. We do not have videos showing this cooler being installed on a 2009 Nissan Altima, but typically when installing this cooler the hot transmission hose would connect to the top of the radiator, then the bottom radiator line attaches to the cooler. The other cooler line then runs to the transmission for a cooled line. I attached a diagram that shows how this cooler is typically installed.
