Fitment of Air Lift Loadlifter Air Bags on 2011 Ford F-150 With 04-08 Rear Axle

Question:

2011 F-150, Super Crew, short bed, 4X4, XLT, 5.0L The truck suspensions in the pics/video are not what my truck has. The actually bump stopsnot the rubber are above the axle tube...similar to older trucks. Truck has zero lift, all OEM suspension components. Exactly how is the lower mount going to fit?

It would appear that your 2011 Ford F-150 has an axle that is from a 2004-2008 F-150.

The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 # AL57200 will fit both of the axles and the installation instructions(Page 7-8 linked below) show both versions of the axles. The videos we have currently are both for the 2009+ axles so I am sorry for the confusion with that.

I recommend installing the Air Lift WirelessAIR Compressor System # AL74000EZ. It will give you the ability to control the pressure in each airbag while you drive. This can also be controlled from a smart phone to reduce the amount of controllers you have in your truck.
