Yes, the Anti-Rattle Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock for 2" Hitches - 3-1/2" Span # 63232 will in fact work well with the Roadmaster Spare Tire Carrier # RM-195125. Or you could just add RoadMaster Quick-Disconnect Padlock # RM-301 to the anti-rattle hitch pin that should have come with your Roadmaster Spare Tire Carrier.
