Bike Rack for E-Bike and Beach Cruiser at Rear of Flat Towed Vehicle

Question:

I have an eBike, with fenders, that weighs ~45 lbs. My wife has a heavy beach cruiser. Both bikes have fenders. My wife’s is a step thru and mine has a crossbar. And we want to put the rack on our SUV that is flat towed. We’ve used the Swagman S64650 for years, but know it’s too light weight for my electric bike. What would you recommend?

For carrying heavier bikes with fenders like the e-bike and beach cruiser you mentioned the Swagman E-Spec part # S94FR would be your best option as it has the weight capacity needed, uses frame clamps that allow fit with fendered bikes, and also is rated for use at the rear of a flat towed vehicle.
