Recommended Suspension Enhancement for 2016 Ford F-150 Towing 6500-lbs Travel Trailer

Question:

Roadmaster AS vs Torklift Stableload for a 2016 F150 for squat/sway and overall stability while towing? I currently tow an Imagine TT loaded around 6500lbs with about 650lbs tongue weight.

I recommend using the RoadActive Suspension Custom Leaf Spring Enhancement Kit - Heavy Duty
Item # RAS3611-YHD because they're going to provide you with a system that turns your standard leaf springs into a mechanically active suspension. This will help increase stability, handling, and control by improving traction and reducing sway for an overall better ride quality when towing and when you're unloaded. They also don't require anything once they're installed, unlike the TorkLift StableLoad # TLA7310S which you'll disconnect when you're not loaded.

I've linked a review video of these two systems, but I really prefer the RoadActive system because of the overall improvement to your suspension that it's going to provide when you're towing and when you're not.
