Can Adarac Ladder Rack # A70450 Be Attached Directly to Composite Bed Caps of 2013 Ford F150

I have a 2013 F-150 stx supercab, 6 and a half foot bed with ford plastic bed rail covers. Will the adarac work with the bed rail covers?

I spoke with my contact with Access, who tells me that their Adarac Ladder Rack, part # A70450 can indeed be mounted directly to the composite bed rail caps on your 2013 Ford F150.
