Can I Use TelosXL Load Assist with 15" Tall Tandem Kayak?

Are the arms on the TelosXL Load Assist deep enough to lift a tandem kayak whose height is 15?

The arms on the TelosXL # MPG114MD-351XL are 12" deep with a bend at the end. I called my friend over at Malone and they confirmed that a 15" tall kayak was not unusual and would fit on the Telos XL arms. One thing to note is that the weight capacity is 75 lbs. While your tandem kayak sounds like it will be fine, larger kayaks also tend to be heavier which is why the arms were designed the way they are to prevent accidentally overburdening them.
