Since your trailer has separate turn signals but your Can Am has a 4-way connector you will need to use a a converter like the Vehicle to Vehicle Tail Light Converter # 118158 on your trailer.
You will need to use a circuit tester like # PTW2993 to find the functions of your factory wiring and make the following connections:
Red wire from converter to the brake light wire on the trailer
Green wire on the converter to the passenger side turn signals on the trailer
Yellow wire on the converter to the driver side turn signals on the trailer
On the end of the connector you will need to add a 4-way connector but we do not have a 4-way square connector so there are two options. If you are able to source a trailer end square connector you can add install the on the trailer.
The other option is to replace the 4-way connector on the Can Am with a standard 4-way connector and then add a standard 4-way connector to the trailer. Using the # HM48205 will give you both the vehicle and trailer end connectors which would be perfect and will need to be wired up as follows:
Green wire to passenger side turn signal
Yellow wire to driver side turn signal
White wire to ground
Brown wire to tail lights
I included videos for each of the products mentioned and a link to a helpful article on wiring for you to take a look at.
