Recommended Base Plate Kit For 2021 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited With Roadmaster Sterling Tow Bar

Question:

I have a 2019 Forester an I am looking to flat tow a 2021 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. I have a Roadmaster Sterling All Terran Non Binding tow bar. However I do not have the quick disconnect cross bar. Should I used the RM-521453-5 and no cross bar or use the RM521453-4 and a replacement quick disconnect 910021-00. Thanks
