Does not have the switch for Lithium or Lead Acid. Is it still compatible with Lithium?

The product you referenced, Progressive Dynamics RV Power Control Center with AC/DC Panel and Converter/Smart Charger - 90 Amp # PD4590K18LS8, is absolutely compatible Lithium-Ion, AGM, Gel, and Lead-Acid batteries. There is a very small switch for changing between either LI (lithium-ion) or LA (lead-acid, agm, gel) as you can see in the photo I attached. If the picture you attached is of your converter, then you either have a model that is not compatible with Lithium-Ion and Lead-Acid or the switch could be broken/missing. I attached a demonstration video that also shows this switch up close.
