Is Drilling Required to Install Husky Liners Mud Flaps on 2013 Toyota Tacoma Double Cab

Question:

I have a 2013 Tacoma DC 4wd with the factory fender flares and front and rear mud flaps. I wish to replace the front factory flaps with Part# HL56931. If I remove the factory pair, will the holes in this model fit the pre-drilled holes from where the Toyota factory flap fit? I just dont want to have to drill more holes for the Husky flaps. Please advise, and thank you.

According to the installation instructions for the Husky Liners Front Mud Flaps, part # HL56931, the flaps will install using existing holes, with no drilling required.

My Husky Liners representative tells me that the OE flaps might not use all of the existing holes, but once they are removed you will not have to drill any additional holes.
