How to Prepare Edge Tuner For Use with New Vehicle
Question:
Hello I was given this programmer from a friend in exchange for lot rent, my question is can I automatically tune my 2007 check Tahoe and the afm system or do I need to download new information from your website onto the programmer. When I plugged it in it asked if I wanted to erase the last vehicles info and pair with the Tahoe. Is this good enough to start using the programmer for the Tahoe or do I still need to do the download. I’ve read I have to use it to return the first vehicle to stock mode then proceed with the new vehicle but I don’t have access to the first vehicle. Thanks in advance.

I do recommend visiting the Edge website to update your # EP85350 with the latest information for your 2007 Chevy Tahoe, but once that is completed you can plug this into your OBD II port and erase any previous vehicles to pair with your Tahoe. This will help ensure that you've got the most up to date options available to tune your Tahoe.
