I am looking to buy the install kit for my Hijacker Double Pivot 5th wheel hitch. I am looking at the product C16200, do I need to buy anything else. I have a 2018 Ram 2500, Tradesman, 6.7L Turbo Diesel 6.4 Bed. Thank you for your help

As long as the Hijacker 5th wheel hitch you have is the Demco Hijacker Premier Series Double Pivot 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch - Single Jaw - Above Bed - 21K # DM6076P-21K, or # DM6076P-16K that uses above bed industry standard rails I recommend the Demco Hijacker Premier Series Above-Bed Base Rails and Custom Installation Kit for 5th Wheel Hitches # DM8552025-71 which are confirmed to fit your 2018 Ram 2500 Tradesman 6'4" bed with the 6.7L diesel engine.

The # C16200 you were looking at could work, but are a universal option that would require you to drill into the frame of your truck where the # DM8552025-71 is a custom fit option that does not require any drilling and will be easier to install.
