Curt Echo Wireless Brake Controller Orientation When Installed on 2010 Toyota Highlander

Question:

When looking directly down on my car mounted 7 pin connector, It is at a 45 angle, from front driver side to back Passenger side. It is not mounted straight from front to back. Do you see this being a problem with the sensors ability to measure stopping power needs?

This is not going to be a problem for the Curt Echo # C51180. When you connect the Echo to your 2010 Toyota Highlander it orients itself with the triple-axis accelerometer. Per Curt you can install this safely at any angle as long as it is safely mounted away from road hazards.
