The Saris SuperClamp EX 2 Bike Platform Rack - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Wheel Mount # SA4025F is in fact setup for transporting most electric bikes. It has a weight capacity of 60lbs per bike which is enough for the majority of electric bikes, and it fits bike tires up to 4-1/2" wide. If the bike's tires are wider than 4-1/2" then you can add Fat Bike Kit # SA4419 which allows for up to 5" wide tires. One thing to keep in mind is that this bike carrier may not work with some bikes that have fenders or baskets due to the wheel mount hooks.

For electric bikes that have fenders or baskets I recommend going with Saris Freedom 2 Bike Platform Rack for Fat Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Frame Mount # SA4412B-FB. This carrier does not interfere with the top of the wheels and instead secures the bikes by their frame, making it compatible with many different styles of bikes.
