Yes we do have trunk-mounted bike racks that fit your 2021 Honda Accord Sedan Hybrid. While Thule does not make any trunk bike racks that are confirmed to fit your vehicle, I do recommend looking into the Saris Bones 2 Bike Rack - Trunk Mount - Adjustable Arms # SA805BL. This is one of the nicer trunk bike racks and it is designed to fit vehicles that could have a rear spoiler. It can safely carry 2 bikes weighing up to 35lbs each. The Saris Bones is easily adjusted to accommodate many different styles of bikes, although if you have a women's, children's, or other oddly-shaped bike then you will want to also grab an adapter bar such as # SA3040. This will keep your bikes with unique frame designs secured to the carrier.

For a 3-bike carrier I recommend the Saris Bones EX 3 Bike Rack - Trunk Mount - Adjustable Arms # SA803 which is just the 3 bike version of the Saris bones 2 bike rack mentioned above. It has the same 35lb per bike weight capacity and you will still need to use the adapter bar if you plan on hauling bikes with unique frame designs. In regard to the bike rack blocking the back-up sensors; this is very possible with bikes loaded, but with an empty rack it most likely will not affect the back-up sensors. It is difficult to say for sure since we have not yet had the pleasure of testing these bike racks on a 2021 Honda Accord Hybrid.
